Part 2 :- Things aren't as bad as you think them to be.
Had a really bad fight with somebody you know? Do you feel that it is only unpleasant vibes you receive all the time? Do you think that you are not that happy as you could be?
If even smallest of an argument keeps you disturbed for the rest of the day, if you feel the emotional nausea welling up inside you, if you feel only you are the one who is suffering and things seem to be just going out of control: RELAX!
Quoting a verse from The Bhagavad Gita which says, "We never really encounter the world; all we experience is our own nervous system.", leads us to rather focus on what lies beneath this thin stretch of skin than what lies outside it. We live in a vast, vast world, where numerous possibilities of interaction exist even in the simplest of the things. Keeping all such things in mind, I would like to put forth a small question:- What is more important to you while dealing in such social scenarios- your inner peace or the struggle to prove your mettle?
Now, the intensities of the situation may vary from person to person but the ultimate goal is always 'peace of mind'. By reacting LESS to toxic people, by thinking LESS about all the unhappy past events
you can add MORE positivity and MORE happiness in your daily routine.
"Oh! And what if NOTHING in my life is happening right!?", one may wonder.
Even though I haven't walked in your shoes, but one thing I can say for sure is- Things aren't as bad as you think them to be! :)
You are so lucky to have this life, so lucky to experience all its ups and downs! Enjoy the roller-coaster as it proceeds. Think not of the path your coaster just came sliding down in speed, think not of the upcoming higher paths, take a deep breath and just enjoy the pace you are moving in currently.
Someone special has always reminded me,"When you have gone too low, there is no other way but to go high again." If things haven't been working as you want them to be, if you aren't getting those 'right people' in your life, if everything around seems topsy-turvy, remind yourself - things could have been worse. There are loads of things waiting for YOU to explore them and there are a lot of people who don't know you and your inner magic yet. It is YOU- who are provided with amazing infinities of emotions and time, YOU - who has the capability of moving mountains, YOU- who have been designated a special role to play in this vast universe, YOU- who has still to touch millions of souls with your spark and positivity, with such an important task at hand, HOW CAN YOU LET THINGS AFFECT YOU SO BAD ? How can you lose hope? In fact, how can you even dare to think that you are not worth all good things?
My little fighter soul, praise yourself for how far you have traveled. Stand up! Stay Strong! It is YOUR life, the only one you have got to prove yourself and bring a positive change in this world.
Rather than fretting that situations are not as you wanted them to be, close your eyes, feel your inner strength, smile and.........SHED YOUR NEGATIVITY OFF.
